Client Therapist Agreement
- The sessions will last 55 minutes, and will be on the same day and time each week.
- Fees will be charged at £70.00 per session. Advance notice will be given of any changes in fee rate.
- You may pay by cheque or cash, weekly or in advance. Weekly fees will be paid at the beginning of the session. A receipt will be given if requested.
- Missed or cancelled sessions will be charged for in full.
- Holidays and breaks will be negotiated well in advance. Three weeks a year holidays are exempt of charge.
- Confidentiality will be maintained, except in exceptional circumstances, in accordance with BACP code of ethics.
- Therapist shall abide by the BACP code of ethics and practice.
- All work shall be supervised in accordance with BACP guidelines for good practice.
- Therapist reserves the right to refer the client on.
- The end of the work will be a decision made mutually between the client and the therapist.
- A minimum of one clear session will be reserved for closure.
